Community Involvement

One of our 7 Cooperative Principles is Concern for Community. Our cooperative employees volunteer their time to the community in many different ways.

Volunteer Service

Group that assisted with Meals from the Heartland local volunteer event

T.I.P REC employees are devoted to giving back to the communities that we serve. In 2017, several Cooperative employees and their spouses formed a team and donated their time packaging food for the “Meals from the Heartland.” All the teams raised $5,000 which was enough to make 25,000 meals for people in need.
